Information Tables
StructX has provided material properties for some of the most commonly encountered structural materials encountered as a guide. It is important to remember that the tests that originally produced the tabulated values may not have identically replicated the exact scenario in which they are intended to be used on site. Variances, the result of differences in the test equipment, procedures, operator bias, specimen fabrication, material composition, temperature, climate and many other possible influences can potentially change outcomes significantly. With this in mind caution should be undertaken at every opportunity.
